| 教育领域的政府购买服务就是政府向非政府组织购买教育服务的行为，从而实现政府对教育服务的间接提供。政府购买教育服务的做法在许多西方国家都比较普遍。我国在教育领域已经开展了诸多类型的政府购买服务，包括购买学位、购买管理、购买教育评估服务以及购买其他服务。在此基础上，探讨了政府购买服务的局限性，并对教育领域的政府购买服务需要处理好的几个问题进行了初步讨论。 |

| The governments' purchasing education services from NGOs is an indirect mechanism, which differs from the governments' supplying education services. Such mechanism has been utilized widely by many western countries. Several kinds of education services which include school education, education management, education evaluation, etc., have been purchased from NGOs in China. In the end, we discuss the limitations of such mechanism and propose some suggestions for improvement. |
