| 在特定的区域范围内考察高等教育投入对经济增长的作用时，人才的流动性让人才集聚投入成为另一个影响人才数量进而影响区域经济增长的重要因素，研究高等教育与人才集聚两种投入对区域经济增长的驱动作用是一个很现实的问题。刘林博士的专著《高等教育与人才集聚两种投入对区域经济增长的共轭驱动研究》从“共轭”这一全新的视角来洞察高等教育与人才集聚两种投入之间的关系，以及两种投入对区域经济增长的作用，并通过构建相关共轭模型进行了实证分析，最后得出结论并提出政策建议。该专著实现了研究视角、理论进展、实证工具和决策原则等综合创新，具有重要的理论、方法和实践意义。 |

| As we examine higher education investment and its influence on economic development in a certain area，mobility of talent makes investment in Talent gathering become another factor that influences regional economic development.It is realistic to answer the question that in what kind of situation could these two kinds of investment，higher education investment and talent gathering investment，motivate regional economic development better.From a new perspective of conjugation，Higher Education and Talent Gathering Investment Conjugation Drive Regional Economic Growth，written by Dr.Liu Lin，discusses the relationship between higher education and talent gathering，and their effect on regional economic growth.By constructing conjugate models，this paper makes an empirical analysis，gets some conclusion and gives suggestions.This monograph has realized an innovative integration of research angle，theoretical development，empirical tools and decision making principles，and has a great significance in theory，method and practice. |
