      地方创新型大学在当前高等教育分层体系中遭遇办学同质化和边缘化困境,亟需寻找契合自身特点的高质量发展路径。当前研究以“学术漂移”为理论视角,关注地方创新型大学内外部条件对其发展成果的影响,并开创性地利用模糊集定性比较分析的研究方法,考察我国53所地方“211工程”大学的不同发展路径。研究发现:诸如办学所在地等外部条件的推拉作用应引起高度重视;对于三类不同的发展结果指标,分别存在多种条件组合发展路径;不同学科类型大学的发展路径不尽相同,需寻找契合自身办学情况的“突破点”。本研究有助于识别地方高校高质量发展的独特路径,也有助于推动地方高等教育体系分类发展。
英文摘要:
      Regional entrepreneurship universities encounter the dilemma of homogenization and marginalization in the current hierarchical system of higher education. It is urgent to find a high-quality development path, which is suitable for their own characteristics. The current research takes "academic drift" as the theoretical perspective, pays attention to the impact of internal and external conditions of regional entrepreneurship universities on their development achievements, and creatively uses the research method of qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy-sets to investigate the different development paths of 53 regional "211 Project" universities in China. It is found that the push-pull effect of external conditions such as the location should be paid great attention to; For three kinds of different development outcome indicators, there are a variety of conditional combination development paths; The development paths of universities of different disciplines are different, so it is necessary to find a "breakthrough point" suitable for their own university running situation. This study helps to identify the unique path of high-quality development of regional colleges and universities, and also helps to promote the classified development of higher education system.
