In terms of the source of research and disciplines，educational economics is an interdisciplinary subject of education and economy.In the essence of research，educational economics is defined as a moral science which does research on social-manufacturing-industry-related educational problems or problems that is of significance to economics and which reveals its discipline by means of the relevant theories and ways of economics and education science to improve educational effectiveness.By analyzing the specialty and research essence of educational economics and researching contents of economics and associating with the reality of education，this paper outlines its researching contents system and explores the particularity of its research and methodology.
