产生于20世纪70年代的教育筛选理论认为,教育的主要作用在于反映人与生俱来的能力,这与人力资本理论认为教育能提高人的能力的观点相矛盾。本文先简要回顾筛选理论的发展和被广泛运用的经验研究方法;然后重点关注90年代之后教育筛选理论在国内外的新进展,从考虑雇主学习的动态模型、考虑教育生产功能的筛选模型、考虑劳动力市场分割的筛选模型以及筛选理论经验研究的实验和准实验四个方面来评述筛选理论研究的新进展。 |

Abstract: |
The screening theory in education born in 1970s held the view that education is the reflection of the natural abilities of human beings,which is contrary to the human capital theory.The latter believed that education can improve one’s ability.This paper made a brief review of the education screening theory and the development of empirical literature in the beginning,then concentrate on the new development of screening theory in education after 1990s.The advances were discussed in four aspects: the dynamic model considering employers' learning;the screening model considering the production function of education;the screening model considering labor market segmentation and the empirical literature of experiments and quasi-natural experiments. |
